Refunds

We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

If you are not happy with your purchase from Libby Watkins Art, you can return or exchange it, in accordance with the terms below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Libby Watkins Art will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

You return the item within 15 calendar days of purchase;
You produce a satisfactory proof of purchase;
The item is in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold.

Please note change of mind returns are not available for the following items:

• Downloadable material
• Gift cards and Vouchers which have been activated and / or used
• Special orders of Original Artwork
• Any Framed Artwork

Other Returns – Consumer Guarantees

The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guarantees when they buy goods and services. These are known as “Consumer Guarantees”. For further information, please refer to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website.

You must provide proof of purchase to make a claim and Libby Watkins Art reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

How to return your Libby Watkins Art purchase

All Libby Watkins Art purchases can be returned to the place of purchase or otherwise agreed location
Refunds can only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase
Where a credit card attached to an original purchase cannot be produced, the refund will be processed to an Libby Watkins Art Gift Card

Afterpay
Where the original purchase was made via Afterpay,
Once your order has been returned, we will send notification to Afterpay of your return.

How long will it take to receive my Libby Watkins product?

Following  order completion  and credit authorisation  and verification, you will  receive your order within 3-10  business days (within Australia). This is an estimate. This  does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping  will be via Australian Post, express is available by request at an additional charge. Once your order is ready you will receive a notification via email that with your order tracking details.

Can I change my order once placed?

Once  your order  has been placed,  we are unable to make  changes or cancel your order.  

Can I change my delivery address?

If  you have  made an error in your  delivery address, please contact us via email info@libbywatkins.com  immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Libby Watkins Art  accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

How will my UNFRAMED artwork be sent?

Artworks sizes  1 to size 3 unframed  will be sent via Australia  Post flat with instructions not  to bend or fold.

Artworks  sizes 4 to  7 will be sent  rolled in a tube via  Australia Post.

Anything  larger than 1  metre will need to be sent by courier.  This will be booked after order has  been completed and your payment for the courier via PayPal has been received.  Quotes for the courier service are available, but are subject to change until booked,  at the courier's responsibility.

How will my FRAMED artwork be sent?

All  framed   artworks will be  sent via courier at cost  to the client.

Base  packing  fee of $25 .00 AUD  are charged to all orders  in addition to courier fee.

GENERAL

How do I decide on the right position on the wall to hang my piece?

Use your eye level to hang your art. If you are still unsure use paper to make to the same size as the artwork. use this artwork mock up to hang on your wall to get a feel for your space prior to hanging.

This allows you to assess light, space and furniture in the room as well as finalising a great location in your space.

Can I hang art if I rent?

Check with your agent but we recommend 3M damage free velcro hangers attached to the back of the artwork. Always clean the wall first, and follow the packet instructions.

Do you offer custom artworks?

Yes! If you would like to order a custom piece, please email hello@libbywatkins.com and we will work together to create an artwork you love.

Does the sunlight affect the artwork?

For a fuller life we recommend not hanging your artwork in direct sunlight.

Can I exchange or get a refund if I change my mind?

We won’t refund for a change of mind. (please see your artwork product description as this does not include any artwork which is made to order) We will exchange within 14 days if returned in a sale-a-ble condition. 

We at Libby Watkins Art want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and take great pride in the quality of our products. As you have either purchased from the Signature Art or Print Collection knowing the sizes, specifications and colours of artworks (as clearly displayed on the website) we won’t refund. For all Commissions there is a no refund and no exchange policy, as you have worked with the artist and agreed upon the final artwork.

WE AT LIBBY WATKINS ART  WANT  YOU  TO   BE  COMPLETELY  SATISFIED  WITH YOUR  PURCHASE  AND  TAKE  GREAT  PRIDE  IN THE  QUALITY  OF  OUR   PRODUCTS.    AS  YOU  HAVE   EITHER  PURCHASED  FROM  THE  "READY  TO   HANG' KNOWING  THE  SIZES  AND SPECS  OF  ARTWORKS  AS  CLEARLY DISPLAYED  ON  THE  WEBSITE  AND  KNOWN  THE  COLOURS  WE  WONT  REFUND   FOR  A  CHANGE  OF  MIND  BUT WE  WILL EXCHANGE  IN 14   DAYS  IF  ONCE  RETURNED  IN  A  SALE-A -BLE  CONDITION.
FOR  ALL COMMISSIONS  THERE  IS  A NO  REFUND  AS  YOU  HAVE  WORKED WITH  THE  ARTIST  ON   EMAIL  OR PERSON  AND AGREED TO THE  ARTWORK  ON  THE WAY.

LIBBY WATKINS ART  understands and respects  your privacy. We collect personal  information only for the purposes of fulfilling  your order. This may include your name, email address, phone numbers, home address  and shipping details.

The   information   we collect is   used to assist in   providing you with relevant   information about our product  and special offers that may be   of interest to you but only if   you subscribe to our newsletter as   a valued LIBBY WATKINS ART customer.

We make  all reasonable   efforts to ensure   that information is  stored securely both in   electronic and physical form. Any   information that we n o longer require   is destroyed. When we have collected information   about you it cannot be seen or modified by anyone   else.

Libby Watkins gift certificates are digital and purchased via our online store.

Paper gift certificates can be posted by special request where shipping will be charged separately. Please contact us via email if you wish to receive a paper gift certificate in the mail.
