A Gentler Way to Step Into 2026

A Gentler Way to Step Into 2026

Every year, around this time, the world starts to move a little faster. We’re hit with "new year, new you" messaging, rigid resolutions, and the pressure to hit the ground running at a sprint.

What if, instead of rushing to "fix" ourselves, we took a moment to slow down and reflect?

I’ve always believed that the best way to move forward isn't by working harder, but by moving more intentionally. That’s why I’m so excited to share the 2026 Reset Collection with you. It’s a practice I return to every year, and this year, I’d love for you to join me on this journey of reflection and quiet celebration.

The Personal & Career Reflection Workbook isn't your typical goal-setting planner. There is no "hustle culture" here. No rigid frameworks that make you feel like you’re falling behind before the year has even begun.

Instead, this collection—a beautifully designed 40-page digital workbook—was created as a sanctuary. It’s for the founders, the creatives, and the thoughtful women who want their 2026 to feel aligned, spacious, and grounded.

I wanted to make sure this tool honored both the dreamer and the doer in you. Here is how we’re going to navigate the year ahead together:

  • The Personal Journey: We’ll look back at 2025 with honesty and compassion. You’ll define your "Ideal Daily Rhythm" and create a "Feel-Good List"—a gentle map to return to whenever you feel life getting a little too loud.

  • The Career Reset: For my fellow business owners and creatives, I know your time is precious. This section is designed to be completed in under 30 minutes. It helps you identify what is actually giving you energy versus what is draining it, so you can set a calm, 90-day focus.

  • The Daily Anchor: You’ll also get a printable Feel-Good List. It’s a simple, one-page tool meant to live on your desk or fridge—a visual reminder to breathe when things feel overwhelming.

This Is Not About "Fixing" You

The most important thing to remember is that this workbook isn't about changing who you are. You aren't a project to be solved. This is about reconnecting with what already works. It’s about releasing what no longer fits and making room for what truly matters. Whether you print it out and sit with a cup of tea or use it digitally on your tablet, I encourage you to move slowly. Skip pages. Return to them later. Let this be a tool that serves your life, not the other way around.

If you’re craving more intention and less urgency this year, I’d love for you to explore the collection. Let’s make 2026 a year that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
